Superintendent
Since the
establishment of the Towns County School System in 1856, the
residents of this community have provided their young people
with an educational experience focused on academic success.
This emphasis on a quality educational experience was
important to those who established our schools and continues
today. Our mission statement; "to ensure that all students
achieve at their highest potential" focuses on each
student’s ability to succeed at a higher level.
Our staff
of dedicated professionals work with individual students to
enhance their educational experience. Our small size and
rural environment reinforces this emphasis on the individual
learner. We, as an educational community, are privileged to
work with the students of Towns County.
